Big Bend solo; April 18, 19, 20. Total distance traveled: approx. 37 miles Carrying 1 gallon of water per day still
left me feeling thirsty. Elecrolite drink mixes were a big plus. From the Basin, I made my way up to Emory peak then did the Juniper Canyon, Dodson and Blue Creek trails. This trek is fantastic and difficult.
